Increasing Our Bandwidth

Increasing Our Bandwidth

We are all made of energy and we truly have limitless bandwidth. But, our bandwidth decreases with our thoughts and feelings of resentment, anger, frustration, anxiety and fear, just to name a few. The energy that vibrates at a very fast frequency forms solid matter. But, bottom line, in the words of Einstein, quantum physics and energy medicine, it all boils down to energy. Thought and intention are energy. And, unfortunately, we limit our bandwidth for receiving with our egos, thoughts and emotions. Our thoughts affect everyone and everything around us, whether we are aware of it or not. This has been proven by the amazing work of Dr. Emoto on water molecules and countless other researchers. Look at the two mind-blowing examples below from Dr. Emoto’s research.

Wow! Very powerful proof of the effect of our thoughts and emotions! The same research has been done on plants. What more proof do we need to understand that it is time to shift our attitudes, prejudices and judgements to acceptance, allowing and non-judgement. Along with non-judgement comes forgiveness and letting go with grace of what no longer serves us for our highest and greatest good. For our highest good asks us to shine like the molecule on the right above – with kindness, humility, grace and benevolence.

Why you might ask? Many times, we feel so justified in our feelings of hurt, judgement, fear and anger that we don’t want to let them go. Feelings and emotions have very surreptitious ways of commanding us and forming attachments to our egos and identities. They kidnap us from being able to move forward.

When we can take a moment, a deep breath, step back and assess, we allow ourselves to respond from a different place in our hearts and brains. And, this is where we can receive inspiration and guidance on our paths. I speak from a place of being on this journey right here, right now, through the fires of Northern California.

Let us continue to build with strength, trust, hope, resilience, love and profound gratitude for one another as we move forward, increasing our bandwidth for everyone.
